Being Thankful!!

Today is a day to be thankful. We are sure to be thankful for many things. A safe home.

Friends and family. Food on the table.

But what about being thankful for your body? For your body works hard to help you move and breathe and live everyday.

Have you ever said thank you to your body? Yes, it may sound weird, but your body is a living being that is a part of you. It also feels and holds emotions. So being grateful and saving thank you to your body, even I love you, just sends an over-joyous emotion throughout your body.

So I hope you take a moment, through this busy day and actually say thank you to your body.

And I hope you add that thank you often as you live your daily lives.
